The producer, Yeisson Fabián Calderón, has dedicated his life to cultivating exotic coffees. The coffee is mouthwateringly sweet and boozy, with notes of strawberry daiquiri and crème brûlée. The beans undergo anaerobic fermentation and are dried for 21 days.
