Los Robles is a blend from three of the Aguilera Family farms in Costa Rica, producing a sharp and zesty yet sweet coffee with notes of tangerine, soft caramel, and crisp white grape. The Villa Sarchi and Sarchimor varietals grown at 1500 meters above sea level deliver a unique cup profile. The washed process involves a series of steps, including harvesting, depulping, fermenting, washing, and drying, resulting in a clean, bright, and acidic taste. Dylan Aguilera, the third-generation coffee expert behind Aguilera Coffee Traders, has gained recognition in Cup of Excellence competitions and as the Costa Rican Cup Tasting Champion.
