Peru Puno Quiquira is a single-origin coffee from the Puno region of Peru. Grown by the Quiquira Family at an altitude of 1950 MASL, this coffee is of Bourbon variety and undergoes a washed process with 36-hour fermentation. The unique coffee-growing conditions in the valleys of Sandia, surrounded by mountains and fed by rivers, contribute to the slow cherry development and high sugar accumulation in the beans, resulting in a sweet and clear cup profile.
