Brazil Mió Lot 1930 is a single origin Brazilian coffee, sourced directly from the Monte Santo de Minas area. Named after the opening of the local Mogiana Rail Station, it offers sweet notes of praline, raisin, and maple syrup. The Catucai varietal, a cross between Icatu and Catuai, is used in this coffee. The natural process preserves the sweet mucilage, resulting in a full-bodied coffee with grape and maple syrup sweetness. Mió is known for its traceability and focus on water quality. The farm spans 1,589 hectares, with an emphasis on sustainability and preserving the natural ecosystem. This coffee is a standout with its unique sweetness and body, a favorite among coffee enthusiasts and the team behind Mió.
