Phoka Cooperative in Malawi produces exceptional coffee beans with tasting notes of shortbread, pear, and golden raisin. The coffee is grown in the Phoka Hills at elevations ranging from 1300 to 2500 meters above sea level. The farmers receive training in coffee farming practices, focusing on regenerative agricultural principles. After processing at the washing station, the beans are transported to Satemwa for hulling, grading, and packing before export. Roasted on Tuesdays & Thursdays with same-day dispatch.
