The Colombian coffee is grown in the Caldas region by Forest Green Coffee as part of the Reforest Project, while the Brazilian coffee comes from CARPEC, a cooperative founded in 1965. The Colombian coffee is washed processed, lending clean zesty flavors, and the Brazilian coffee is naturally processed, bringing out chocolate and nutty undertones.
