SOURCE is our seasonal house espresso built on long-term relationships with producers. This iteration showcases a community lot from Gaitania, Tolima, where more than 40 coffee growers contribute their lots. These are expertly dried and blended by siblings Emmanuel and Valentina Enciso at their farm La Roma. The coffee delivers a juicy, sweet profile featuring notes of red berries and citrus, balanced by rich caramel sweetness.
