Our Brazil Single Origin coffee currently features a pulped-natural processed coffee from Inhame, a family farm in Campos Altos. After harvesting, the coffee is pulped to remove the outer fruit and dried on concrete patios until reaching 30% moisture content. The coffee is then moved to mechanical driers that gently reduce the moisture content down to 12%.
