Brazil Single Origin is a natural processed coffee from Fazenda Inhame, known for its hazelnut, milk chocolate, and dried fruits tasting notes. The farm is managed by Marco Aurelio and his son Bruno, producing high-quality Brazilian coffee. The selective mechanical approach ensures ripe cherry picking. The coffee is dried on concrete patios and then moved to mechanical driers. The 28-hectare farm yields approximately 500 bags of speciality grade coffee annually.
