Mártir Decaf is a soft, creamy, and balanced decaffeinated coffee from La Plata, Colombia. It is a washed sugarcane field blend by the Mártir group. The coffee is decaffeinated using the sugarcane method, preserving most of its original characteristics, resulting in a transparent and sweet cup. The Mártir group focuses on producing high-quality coffee with minimal impact on the environment, with all producer members either farming organically or transitioning to organic practices.
